Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia

Premier Homes Loans is a full member of the MFAA (Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia).

The MFAA is a body whose stated mission is to ensure the orderly and ethical working of the mortgage and finance industry in Australia.
It does this by ensuring MFAA members are recognised as a trusted source of finance, by providing education for its members and staff and by embracing best practice customer services. It seeks to be the recognised authority in Australia on all aspects of the mortgage and finance industry.

In order to maintain membership of this association, brokers and financial institutions must comply with the standards and benchmarks that are set down in its constitution. Where these standards are not met, the MFAA has the power to expel and suspend members from its organisation. Members who have been expelled or suspended are listed on the MFAA website.

Australian Financial Complaints Authority

Premier Home Loans and each of its Credit Representatives are members of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). If an issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can lodge a complaint with AFCA who provide fair and independent financial services complaint resolution that is free to consumers.
